Nut Flour Cakes
All our cake layers are made with nut flours (almond, hazelnut, walnut, etc.) and filled with a variety of fillings (pastry creams and custards, jams, fruit mousses, flavored whipped creams, etc.). All the cake layers are gluten free. Please note: No buttercreams are ever used as filling or for exterior decoration. As such, I am unable to create thematic or highly intricate decoration for the cake’s exterior.
Upon receiving your order we will confirm the perfect combination of layers and fillings to suit your occasion, budget, and personal preferences.
The following options are some of the many examples we can produce. All round cakes can be made in a 10, 9, or 8 inch diameter. Depending on the season and cake choice, a log/buche/jelly roll shape may be substituted. If you require a size not listed please send an inquiry and we will try to accommodate your needs.
